Named after celebrity chef and television host Emeril Lagasse, the Forever Pan line features products designed to fulfill multiple common kitchen tasks. Its pots, for example, accommodate making soups on the stove, sauces, or smaller dishes. Its pans can cook dishes like omelets or stir-fries with minimal cleaning between uses. An order usually consists of at least nine items: two frying pans, two pots, three glass lids, a crisper, and a grill plate. Depending on the retailer, a full order may also include a chef’s knife and recipe book.
Several features contribute to the versatility of Forever Pans. The nonstick coating reduces or even eliminates the need for oil. The double-anodized aluminum construction adds durability and the ability to cook on any type of stovetop without damaging the pan. The induction-steel bottom distributes heat for evenly cooked food, while the insulated pan and pot handles ensure safe carrying and transfer.
